Photograph of blossoms from a California orange grove, ca.1910. A single branch protrudes into the center with dark leaves of the orange trees standing in the background. The branch is coated with the thin, dark leaves which curl into the blossoms at their centers. The blossoms appear to be small, lightly-colored stars against the dark leaves. They are positioned in small clusters among the leaves all along the branch and down to its tip.
