Peter Drucker writes to Carolina Biquard to let her know that he has not received the information concerning her program Escuelas por el Cambio and to inform her that her, "relationship with Frances and the Drucker Foundation is a (shameless) love affair." In the postscript he discusses possible titles for the Spanish edition of his book, "Adventures of a Bystander."
