Panelist, including Don Watts, Ray Rodgers, Paul Zuber, and Cathy White, discuss the Harlem Riot of 1964 provoked by the death of James Powell after he was shot and killed by Harlem police officers. They critique the demonstrators militaristic tactics during the riot. [Side B] Continuation of recording of the View from Harlem. Panelist speak on the Black voter and the impact of Black voters' on the "white power structure." The recording was broadcasted by KPFA in Berkeley. (00:00 - 14:34). Choir singing (14:35-22:48).
