Photograph of an aerial view of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum looking north from Olympic Park between Vermont Avenue and Hoover Street, February 12, 1932. Vermont runs vertically at left, while Hoover parallels it at right. The Coliseum can be seen in the foreground at left and is a large ovular stadium. The Exposition Park Rose Garden is visible at center, and the campus of the University of Southern California can be seen at right. The domed Shrine Auditorium is at right as well. Hundreds of smaller buildings are visible around these landmarks. Mountains can be seen in the distance.
