Description: Several men work on top of a railroad trestle bridge of the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley Railroad that crosses the wide dry river bed of the Arroyo Seco near Pasadena, California. Loose railroad ties are scattered on either side of the structure.
Title and date transcribed from back of photo-mount. Printed on the right edge of photo-mount: "E.S. Frost & Son, Photographers, Pasadena, Cal." Handwritten on back: "Los Angeles & San Gabriel Valley RR."
