Fred De Lange has been named as the new first aid chairman for the Burbank Chapter, American Red Cross. De Lange has been first aid instructor for the Burbank Police Department during his 13 years on the force there and has completed all Red Cross first aid training. In addition, De Lange's police work has given him the opportunity to become an amateur obstetrician by delivering 10 babies in the line of duty."
