Description
One of the most famous horse photos of World War II was this one titled, "Farewell Old Pal." Jadaan, who was 26 years of age at the time, paid his respects and farewell on February 25, 1956, to the statue of Seabiscuit at Santa Anita Race Track. Jadaan drew more visitors to California than any other horse at that time.
