Description
Crown City Mattress got its start in 1917. In addition to manufacturing and selling mattresses, the company sterilized mattresses and upholstered furniture for most of the local furniture stores using the only sterilizing oven in the San Gabriel Valley. This picture shows their store as 985 East Colorado Boulevard in 1955.
