B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper thanking him for a cassette tape that includes a song by Ronald Duncan. He says that Japanese newspapers inform him that groups from America and European countries are increasing their study of Japanese management. Inoue shares that he has read two books by Dr. Chie Nakane. He goes on to say that he and Mr. Takeo Kato introduced the contents of the CCS (Civil Communications Section) seminar to Japanese companies and that large steel companies in Japan changed their organization. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "21" on the top, right corner of the first page. In addition, the letter contains markings and original handwritten notes.
