Looking west from the intersection of Temple and Spring streets towards the new Hall of Records, under construction. One-story buildings, later demolished, which were once used as court facilities, are seen on the left and a glimpse of the Hall of Administration (later renamed the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration) is seen on the right.
