Photograph caption dated November 21, 1962 reads, "Brownie scouts in troop 150 of Encino let their imaginations go on philanthropic projects as they paint colorful decorations on soap bars in preparation for their visit today to Valley Presbyterian Hospital children's ward. They took tray favors and gifts to the hospital, and visited the new baby wing where they took lessons on feeding and diapering infants. Decorating soap are Connie Hamilton, 8; Ellen Beaver, 7; Lynn Zager, 8, and Barbara Beaver, 7."
