Description
Correspondence from Peter F. Drucker to Ernst Keller. The first letter recommends that Keller bring in an experienced colleague to relieve some of Keller's workload at ADELA, specifically Jack Duncan. The second letter discusses the importance of Keller taking the necessary time off to give himself relief from ADELA, and how Keller should pitch the idea to his colleagues.
