Description: View of the tugboat, Tyee of Vancouver, Washington seen pulling a bargeload of sand, was forced off course yesterday by the heavy current in the Sacramento River near Three-Mile Slough Bridge, crashing against the span. The rig was freed later by other tugs. The sand is destined for Interstate 5 construction near Stockton.
