Description
Mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa (born Antonio Ramon Villar, Jr. on January 23, 1953), attending a rally at Pershing Square. Here, he is seen standing next to a stair railing, with lots of people in the background. Mr. Villaraigosa is the 41st mayor of Los Angeles. He was elected on May 17, 2005 and sworn into office on July 1, 2005. Pershing Square takes up the entire block and is bounded by 5th Street to the north, 6th Street to the south, Hill Street to the east, and Olive Street to the west. Photo dated: October 27, 2005.
