View of Huntington Drive from First Avenue, Arcadia, in 1926. City Hall is at right. This photo shows how Arcadia has taken great strides since the days of Elias J. "Lucky" Baldwin. He owned it, and in 1903 he instigated the incorporation of it. And, of course, he was the town's first mayor.; For a 1955 view, see image 00056072.
