Image of a blank diploma from Eastman's State and National Business College in Poughkeepsie, New York; five main vignettes and decorative borders featuring mythical and allegorical figures, eagles, and a portrait of founder Harvey G. Eastman surround the central text.
"Chas. Hart, Lith. 99 Fulton St. N.Y."--text, bottom left margin. "Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1863, by H.G. Eastman, in the Clerk's Office in the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York."--text, bottom right margin.
