Title supplied by cataloger. Typed caption on back: "Every day is 'Saturday Night' in a citrus packing house. The water bath is a requirement in the packing houses of the California Fruit Growers Exchange. All oranges are carefully placed in it, washed, and dried by blasts of cold air."
