Photograph caption dated June 12, 1963 reads, "Los Angeles County Supervisor Warren M. Dorn, third from right, hands out subpoenas to five Van Nuys Municipal Court judges ordering them to appear at the opening of a new courtroom in Van Nuys. The new courtroom, which will serve as a master calendar court for the Valley, was opened Monday. The Van Nuys judges are, from left, Charles M. Hughes, George Ross, Francis Cochran, Donald M. Redwine and Harry V. Peetris."
