Stiff aqua blue wool felt hat from the 1939 Golden Empire Centennial of Sacramento Celebration. Wide brim is edged with torn black grosgrain ribbon. No hatband on tall flat crown. Black cotton cord chin strap. Gold stenciling on crown and brim: "1939 Sacramento Golden Empire Centennial." Green grosgrain sweatband.
