Description
A group of Contras, formally known as members of the Nicaraguan Democratic Force, stand on and around a red tractor that reads "El Porvenir" at El Porvenir farm, two kilometers from the Honduras-Nicaragua border. The Contras are all holding assault rifles, some Belgian FN FAL rifles and others with unidentified Kalashnikov rifles of Soviet origin. Most of the Contras are wearing caps, while two are wearing different hats. The third man from the left is wearing a black beret while the fourth man from the left is wearing a fisherman's hat with a blue-and-white patch that reads "FDN" which identifies him as a member of the Nicaraguan Democratic Forces. In the background there is a dilapidated blue house and there are also mountains visible, which are part of the Nicaraguan countryside. Un grupo de contras, conocidos formalmente como miembros de la Fuerza Demócratica Nicaragüense, están de pie sobre y alrededor de un tractor rojo que dice: "El Porvenir" en la granja El Porvenir, la cual se encuentra dos kilómetros de la frontera entre Honduras y Nicaragua. Todos los contras portan fusiles de asalto, uno de ellos el fusil FN FAL de fabricación belga y otros fusiles no identificados de marca Kalashnikov de origen soviético.
