Description
A carriage with one white horse standing in front of three real estate agent storefronts (Ben E. Ward,J.D. Dunlap and Potts and Covarrubias). Various men and boys are in the photo and there is an advertisement above the building for railroad tickets and for an insurance and real estate broker.
Title from verso. Additional descriptive information on verso: "The old City Hall. Corner of Spring and Franklin. The Rocha House deeded to L.A. City by Antonio Jose Rocha, Buenaventura Lopez, his wife, and Jose Jorge Rocha and Guadalupe Vallejo, his wife."
