Description
A salvage tug--on the left--tows the "Seamill" from Sherwood Harbor upstream to a new berth. Hugh Palmer with his coverted 140 foot minesweeper at Sherwood Harbor Marina where his boat slamed into several small boats. The large boat was towed this morning by a salvage tugboat, "Water Dog 2" to its new berth upstream.
