Description
This is a promotional video for Common Ground (now known as Breaking Ground), recipient of the 1998 Peter F. Drucker Award for Nonprofit Innovation. The video, directed by Daniel Guernsey, provides an overview of Common Ground’s Time Square Jobs Training Program, a transitional housing program which, according to the film, provides counseling, training, and employment opportunities to support housing residents, generates revenue to make the program self-sustaining, and develops partnerships with other nonprofit organizations.
