They are Monte G. Stamm, engineer, 5950 Fulcher Ave., North Hollywood, and Richard F. Fixa, sales executive, 143 S. Sparks St., Burbank. Stamm was named to a vice presidency. Fixa's name was entered as a director. Nomination is customarily tantamount to election in the organization. Los Angeles attorney Robert L. Meyer was named to the presidency of the 800-member group."
