Photograph of a birdseye view of the Samson Tire and Rubber Company building within the Central Manufacturing District, [s.d.]. The large factory can be seen at center. It is a low building with a flat roof and is surrounded by small trees and plants. A smokestack and a water tower can be seen in the middle of the building. In the background, houses can be seen along a grid of narrow streets. In November 1990, the building became a part of an outlet center known as Citadel Outlets.
