Description
Two photo comments appear on the reverse of the photo: The first states" Inmates tend to flock together by race. In this photo at Folsom (Prison), Mexican-American inmates gather at three tables against the wall. Sixty-two percent of those incarcerated in California Prisons are minorities." The second note states: "Because there (are) not enough jobs at Folsom, inmates are often bored and tend to stay in groups (of their own race mostly)"
