Description
"The Calliers" A photograph of the Callier family. Loyd Callier and his wife Sarah were part of the second wave of missionaries from Churches of Christ who followed Otis Gatewood and Roy Palmer into postwar Germany. The Colliers worked in Frankfurt for four years with the relief work that Otis Gatewood and Roy Palmer Coordinated. Loyd Collier also preached for the Church of Christ that met at Niederrader Landstrasse 14 in Frankfurt, Germany. This photograph comes from a photo album put together by Katherine Patton, a missionary from a cappella Churches of Christ, during her work in Germany from 1948-1958.
