Photograph of an exterior view of the Saint Regis Apartments on Flower Street, [s.d.]. The four-story apartment building is on a hill at center. The left side of the building has four stories, while the right only has three. The main entrance to the building is at center, and two balconies can be seen above it. The roof of the structure is covered with terracotta tiles, while decorative molding can be seen in several places. The street in front of the building is unpaved, and utility wires are visible overhead.
