Gene Luder, left, and his partner, Verne Lauder, show Chamber of Commerce Manager Harold Allen, right, how Mexican foods are prepared. Their products include En-Chi-La-ditas, Toma-chi-lada, Chuck Wagon Beans and La Comida. Local people are employed in the plant."
