Description
This interview with Grayce Kingsbury, Betty Goetz, and Martha Kubo takes advantage of the rare opportunity to visit with the three executive secretaries whose combined careers served all of the Chief Engineers of the old Bridge Department and the current Division of Structures from 1922 until 1992. They experienced 70 years of the department’s constant growth and change. Along the way, the title of their position evolved from Stenographer to Executive Secretary.
