Description: View of 6th Street in El Centro. Several automobiles are parked outside of businesses on both sides of the unpaved road. The Theatre Tulane is the building on the right with the archway outside the entrance. El Centro, the County Seat of Imperial County, was incorporated in 1908. Photo dated: December 17, 1921.
