Description
Photograph of an elephant float in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on Colorado Avenue, 1926. The float is in the center of the image and is being followed by a band and more floats. Both sides of the street are crowed with observers who seem to be distracted by something on the south side of the street. There is an assortment of flags suspended by wires over the street. Laid into the street are streetcar tracks.
