Photograph caption dated November 3, 1958 reads, "Students at Valley Junior College in Van Nuys complete designs for floats for 1958 Bethlehem Star Parade in Van Nuys. Best designs by students at Valley Junior, Pierce Junior College in Woodland Hills and Valley State College in Northridge will be selected today for parade. Drawings will go on display tomorrow for four days at 6569 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys."
