Describes lease agreement with terms beginning November 1, 1931, ending October 31, 1934 for 9.78 acres on Guadalupe M. Dominguez's land allotment with a yearly rent of $244.50. Signed by George H. Hand of Dominguez Estate Company and lessee. Second page lease stated to be on the "prairie" tract.
