Description
Dominating the entire Fair with its sheer beauty of design the 200 foot "Perisphere" and 700 foot "Trylon" symbolizes the modernity and functional character of the architecture of all the Fair buildings. The fountain beneath the Perisphere creates the illusion of a huge ball floating in air.
