Photograph caption dated June 1, 1965 reads "Rep. Ed Reinecke (R- Tujunga) yesterday presented the Burbank Republican headquarters with a flag which has flown over the Capitol. In rear, from left, Alan Hutton, Garland Moore and Nick Muskey raise flag, while in front, from left, Mrs. Vincent Seekins, Reinecke, and Mrs. Hazel D. Close read the citation. Flag was given in honor of Mrs. Close's son who was killed in Viet Nam on May 15."
