Haskins, Van Nuys; Harold 'Hack' White, Van Nuys; Robert J. Hale, Van Nuys; and Mrs. J. Reed Gattman, North Hollywood. Valley community leaders are helping to raise final $600,000 needed to complete $1,950,000 structure. Groundbreaking is set for early 1960 for four-story, circular unit."
