Shows location of new post office at S.E. corner of West San Fernando and South Market. Spectators fill open site, along with horse and carriages. Hoisting equipment of poles and lines in center, two men cling to pole beside hoist. Buildings line open space including City Hall Stables (Rick Donovan's Stables). "November 16, 1892" and "Compliments of E.J. Delenny" -- handwritten on verso.
