Kolar, left, were presented with White Front charge cards by Harry Epstein, vice president and general manager of White Front Stores Inc. The charge cards are a new feature of the store's liberal credit system, which includes Bankamericard and Timeplan installment financing. Five new locations including one in the Valley, have been added to the rapidly growing California discount department store chain within the past six months."
