In this recording, Drucker concludes his lecture on the competent executive of the 1990s, focusing on information management. He discusses the behavioral approach to organization building and compares it to regular armies and guerrilla warfare. Drucker concludes by stressing the importance of relearning and the dangers of complacency, and argues that competent executives of the 1990s should build relearning into their organizational systems.
