Photograph article dated September 17, 1962 partially reads, "Officers and chairmen of the Tri-Valley District of Business and Professional Women are expecting 200 delegates and guests at the seventh annual fall conference Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Plush Horse Inn, 1700 S. Pacific Coast hwy., Redondo Beach. Mrs. Betty Jackson of the Reseda BPW club, conference chairman, said that the theme for the three-day meeting will be 'Join Hands with your Community.' Friday night will be reserved for early registration followed by a buffet supper and funfest. Mrs. Evelyn R. Terzo of Sunland-Tujunga, district president, will conduct all business meetings. Mrs. O'Brien of Pacoima, district program coordinator, will present a program workshop Saturday morning." Pictured are, from left, Evelyn Terzo, Betty Jackson, and Mrs. O'Brien.
