Description
Acknowledges receipt of two letters from John Victor Carson dated February 12 and March 2, 1943. Letter is apologetic in the delayed response citing a need to think about questions at length. Asks that house on leased land be retained in his ownership. Kuwahara also solicits Carson's opinion about retaining the structure and advises she will wait for his response before signing a bill of sale. Shorthand notation is written on the document in pencil.
