Photograph article dated February 15, 1960 reads, "Building Start - Activity began at the site of Lytton Savings and Loan Association in Canoga Park with groundbreaking ceremonies for new building to be erected. It is located in 21000 block of Sherman Way. Those taking part included, left to right, William Stage, manager, Supervisor Warren Dorn, Kurt Meyer, architect, and Bart Lytton, president."
