"Kondeland. Versammlung im Freien [.] Frauen mit besonderer Haartracht [.] Bein- u. Armspangen." ("Konde country. Assembly outside [.] Women with special hairstyle [.] Anklets and bracelets"). In the background trees: A large group of African listeners are sitting on the ground or standing. Some women in the front wear anklets or bracelets. Almost all women have shaved ornaments in their hair.
