Exterior view of the Unique Theatre, which stood at 20 East Santa Clara Street, and was only three years old when it was irrepairably damaged in the 1906 Earthquake. It was built by Sid Grauman, who later became famous for building Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
