Description
"PHOTOGRAPH IDENTIFICATION: pix show aquaplane boards...they usually are anchored to tree or rock on shore, and have 25-yard rope or thereabouts. Rider can maneuver them farther out into the river's flow, back & forth, and also dip down into the river water for a cooling off. 1-- girl rides board just downstream from the Watt Avenue Bridge. 2--two riders work their boards beneath the Sunrise Blvd. Bridge. 3--at Watt Ave. Bridge-rope tied to Bridge piling."
