Description: This circa 1961 postcard features interior and exterior color photographs of Eddy's Brau-Hof, located at 2428 Auburn Boulevard. Owned by Edwin Brennan, the restaurant opened in 1959 in the space previously occupied by The Bungalow Club. Brennan operated the restaurant as Eddy's Pizza Bungalow and Eddy's Bungalow before rebranding as Eddy's Brau-Hof in late 1960. The shifted word order of Brau-Hof was chosen to avoid confusion with Sam's Hof-Brau, another restaurant that operated in the area.
