Scaffolding has been set up at Los Angeles City Hall South in preparation for an art installation. At this angle, the scaffolding does not appear to be very high, but this section of the building is at least five stories tall. The top of the tower, which was designed to resemble one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, can be seen. Photo dated: October 13, 2005.
