Photograph caption dated March 18, 1961 reads, "Anaheim pupils, using earphones at an audio-visual resource room "listening post," listen to a tape recorder playback of a lesson. Principal William Nicholson of Francis Scott Key Elementary School regulates the recorder. Children, left to right, are Donald Dekard, Russell Siegel, Karen Schimming, Donela Ballard, David Dalmas, Ricky Armstrong, Pam Wise and Aherry Saehlenou, ages 11 and 12."
