Description: Sketch of proposed artwork for along I-80. "Marsha and Kurt Runstadler who would like to build 300 ft glass structure." "This couple would like to build large glass (recycled) glass structure along I-80 where the current dump is and should have a sketch of what they want to do--need pix of the two of them with the sketch to go with story (feature) on their endeavor-- I will have talked to them earlier today."
